I am deeply honored to be named a McKnight Composer Fellow with the American Composers Forum.
From the McKnight Foundation:
The McKnight Artist & Culture Bearer Fellowship Program provides awards to outstanding mid-career artists.Founded on the belief that Minnesota thrives when its artists and culture bearers thrive, the McKnight Foundation’s arts and culture program is one of the oldest and largest of its kind in the country.
The foundation collaborates with 14 partners to award fellowships across multiple categories of art-making. The American Composers Forum is the program partner for composition, and awards 4 fellowships to Minnesotan artists as well as 2 residencies to national artists.
I'm deeply grateful to ACF and the McKnight Foundation for this support and recognition. I have some exciting plans for my fellowship, and I can't wait to share them with you all!
